Responsibilities
Identify process alignment and redesign opportunities and stakeholders needed to solve and implement (30%)
Facilitate value and process mapping sessions to define solutions with teams (40%)
Work to identify business outcomes and tracking of metrics of success (10%)
Ensure activities are on track and team members are completing their tasks while identifying risks (10%)
Collaborate with managers and executives about status of process improvement projects (10%)
Qualification
Required
2+ years of project management experience
Strong communicator
Ability to give persuasive presentations
Works well with all levels of management/teams
Shows leadership skills and assertiveness when necessary
Organized leader who drives tasks through to completion consistently
Works well under stress and deadlines
Works well independently with little supervision
Great attention to detail and speaks with clarity
Some College with Agile Coach or Consultant field of study required
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree with Agile Coach or Consultant Field of Study preferred
PMP preferred, but not required
