Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating meetings and developing strategies to see deliverables through from beginning to end
Duties may include taking minutes at meetings, creating and maintaining deliverables timelines, creating responsibility lists for those who are involved in the project, and compiling summaries
Other job duties could include keeping track of documents for Practice Management
Other job duties could include keeping track of documents, like purchase orders, budgets, payrolls and contracts
Work closely with project manager to ensure that project objectives are met
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree (required)
Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Ability to navigate the corporate ecosystem
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or project coordination background
Preferred
Financial service experience (a plus, but not required)
Technical Skills: Zoom, MS Office tools, Jira (a plus, but not required)
Understanding of agile methodology (a plus, but not required)
