Responsibilities
Define goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths for multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives
Secure commitment from cross-functional teams and manage dependencies to ensure seamless program execution
Translate product requirements into technical designs, ensuring scalability, high availability, and performance
Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor program progress against milestones and quality metrics
Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Drive continuous improvement by proposing frameworks and automation tools to enhance program delivery
Coordinate end-to-end delivery plans across systems, infrastructure, and security components
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in program management, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation for medium to high-complexity initiatives
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align teams and secure commitments across cross-functional groups
Technical knowledge of software and hardware system design, cloud infrastructure, and service management frameworks such as ITIL
Experience translating product requirements into scalable, high-availability technical solutions while ensuring operational excellence
Proficiency in communication, delivering clear reports and updates to varied audiences to drive alignment and informed decision-making
Analytical problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to identify issues and implement effective solutions
