Responsibilities
Managing staff and overseeing operations to optimize resources and drive efficiency
Identifying improvements to current processes
Educating and collaborating with MCSC customers to ensure an equitable, responsive employment system
Qualification
Required
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
At least one year of professional experience in the state classified service
At least two years of experience as a director of a division
Experience managing/supervising staff
Experience in classifications, selections, and/or compensation
Experience with Human Resources training and development
