The role involves handling inbound inquiries related to the M3P program and ensuring timely responses to member and provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determinations.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound mail related to M3P program, as well as Member and Provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determinations
Work Monday thru Friday 8:30am and as late as 5pm in office days, on-site on a rotational basis
Schedules are subject to change based on business needs
Assist in help desk operations which is opened Mon. – Fri. 8am to 6pm

Qualification

Required

Retail Pharmacy experience – at least 2 years
Good computer skills (Typing, outlook, excel, etc)
Good fundamental knowledge of drug names and drug classes
Exceptional Customer Service
Detail Oriented
Ability to multi-task
Willingness to accept change
CPhT preferred (Certified Pharmacy Tech licensed)
