Responsibilities
Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case intake through trial preparation
Draft and file pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests/responses
Manage litigation‑related documents and maintain organized case files
Assist with eDiscovery, document review, and mediation/trial logistics
Coordinate with attorneys, clients, vendors, and the courts to ensure timely progression of matters
Conduct legal research and prepare summaries for attorney review
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in commercial/business litigation
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Familiarity with litigation procedures, court rules, and litigation support tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
