InternOmni Mount Washington Resort & Spa is a historic hotel known for its exceptional service and luxurious ambiance. They are seeking a General Maintenance Technician Intern to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained hotel environment.

Responsibilities
Maintain all mechanical items in guest rooms and public areas
Receive direction for house calls via phone or radio
Assist engineers and mechanics with repairs
Clean all work areas after completing job
Fill out Daily Work form
Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies
Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations
Maintain all mechanicals property wide
Knowledge of all aspects of the Engineering dept
Maintain property pools as directed by CPO
Special projects as assigned by Supervisor
Qualification
Required
Extensive heating background ideally with steam systems
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
