Responsibilities
Support and troubleshoot mobile devices including iPhones and Androids
Provide technical assistance to end-users
Maintain and update mobile device inventory
Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues
Ensure devices are configured to company standards
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with mobile device support
Familiarity with iOS and Android operating systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Experience working in a corporate environment
Knowledge of mobile device management software
