Responsibilities
Own end-to-end email marketing strategy, including planning, creative briefing, execution, and optimization
Develop compelling, lifestyle-oriented email campaigns that emphasize storytelling over transactional messaging
Translate seasonal priorities and brand concepts into cohesive monthly campaign themes
Build clear, actionable creative briefs to guide copywriting, design, and deployment teams
Manage campaign calendars and ensure consistent narrative flow across email sends
Partner with photography, design, and copy teams to identify creative needs and align assets with campaign intent
Collaborate with social media and cross-functional teams to ensure omni-channel alignment in messaging and timing
Analyze email performance metrics and translate insights into optimization recommendations for leadership
Qualification
Required
6–7+ years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on email or campaign leadership
Proven experience managing email campaigns within enterprise or mid-market marketing platforms
Strong understanding of email performance metrics, reporting, and optimization strategies
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority
Excellent written communication and creative briefing skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaign timelines
Strategic thinker with the ability to balance creativity and analytical decision-making
Preferred
Background in retail, consumer, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred
