OSHA Associate Attorney
Snell & Wilmer is seeking to hire an attorney at the third-year associate level or higher to join its Labor & Employment practice group. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in handling OSHA litigation matters and must have previous OSHA litigation experience, strong academic credentials, and excellent writing skills.

Responsibilities
Handle California, Arizona and/or Nevada state plan OSHA litigation matters
Manage Federal OSHA litigation matters
Understand OSHA inspection procedures
Navigate citation contest procedural rules
Handle discovery
Maintain knowledge of OSHA standards
Qualification
Required
At least two years of OSHA experience
Significant experience in handling California, Arizona and/or Nevada state plan OSHA litigation matters and/or Federal OSHA litigation matters
Understanding of the OSHA inspection procedures
Knowledge of the citation contest procedural rules
Experience handling discovery
Knowledge of the OSHA standards
Previous OSHA litigation experience
Strong academic credentials
Excellent writing skills
State Bar membership in the jurisdiction in which the attorney will be practicing
