Responsibilities
Communicates with internal and external customers to ensure all applicable data and/or database are collected
Provides remote assistance should it be needed. We typically achieve this remote access via Bomgar, Webex, Smarttech
Completes and ships all equipment list requests by ECS employees daily and with urgency
Transports data to our backup DR site as needed
Data security is a top priority. Ensures all policy and procedures are followed. Associate must handle every data set with care
Interacts and communicates with Project Managers, CRMs, customers, vendors, internal JH product groups as needed
Project Management skills are needed to be successful. We handle a large work load. Associate must be able to remain organized, be able to prioritize, and execute assigned tasks self-sufficiently
Administration of our SFTP site
Assembly and configuration of NAS devices
May perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical or troubleshooting environment using general Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook
Must have at least 6 months of customer service experience
Valid driver's license in order to travel up to 20% to and from Springfield to the Branson data center; this is a rotation that is done on a weekly basis
Preferred
Willingness to learn and open to opportunities
A+, Security+, Network+ or equivalent certifications
Knowledge of Virtual Environments
