Responsibilities
Handle HR administrative tasks, coordinate payroll, and administer benefits
Maintain office supplies, manage scheduling, and provide clerical support
Coordinate employee onboarding, maintain training records, and arrange travel
Support accounting functions, including invoicing, deposits, and job-cost tracking
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, vendors, and visitors
Develop and implement procedures to improve workflow, communication, and productivity
Ensure the office environment promotes safety, professionalism, and collaboration across departments
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a senior administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (Quickbooks)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Experience in HR, payroll coordination, and accounting support
Discretion, integrity, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
