Responsibilities

Support open enrollment, new hire benefits orientations, and benefits self-service processes
Process benefits enrollments, changes, terminations, and COBRA events
Maintain accurate benefits data, documentation, and payroll deduction updates
Assist team members with benefits questions, claims, and issue resolution
Partner with third party administrators on disability and leave cases
Conduct benefits audits and support compliance reporting
Contribute to communications and support wellness initiatives
Maintain confidentiality and deliver excellent customer service

Required

3–4 years of benefits administration experience required
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS/benefits platforms
Comfort working in an AI driven, technology enhanced environment
Ability to handle confidential information and work independently or collaboratively

Preferred

Payroll experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
