Responsibilities
Research, design, develop, and maintain IBM TRIRIGA / Maximo CAFM applications
Configure and optimize TRIRIGA data models, dimensions, business rules, and workflows
Enhance system performance and align applications with evolving organizational requirements
Support TRIRIGA upgrades , including environment upgrades and content migration with minimal business disruption
Develop, modify, and support BIRT reports
Customize existing TRIRIGA components to improve maintenance workflows and system efficiency
Collaborate with developers, UX designers, business analysts, and system analysts
Qualification
Required
7+ years experience as a Facilities Manager
7+ years experience as a Real Estate Manager
4+ years experience contracting on IBM TRIRIGA / Maximo (minimum 1 full contract)
4+ years hands-on experience with TRIRIGA projects
Proven experience with IBM TRIRIGA Version 10
Strong experience with BIRT reporting
Must be to TX
Preferred
3+ years experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager (space management, desk/room reservations)
