The intern will be involved in inspecting tankers, developing standard operating procedures, and assessing water sanitation practices.

Responsibilities
Inspecting tankers and collecting samples
Developing and presenting a tanker inspection SOP
Collecting and plating egg and water samples
Assessing current water sanitation practices
Identifying areas of water quality improvement
Developing water sanitation programs
Presenting findings
Support management as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Current or recent enrollment in an undergraduate degree program with an interest and aptitude to work in the poultry production
Preferred
Preferred enrollment in the Midwest Poultry Consortium Center of Excellence program
