Content Marketing Manager
Siro is redefining how field sales teams learn, perform, and win. They are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to own the content strategy, creation, distribution, and measurement, transforming sales conversation data into engaging narratives that elevate the company's authority in field sales.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute our content roadmap across multiple formats: blog, video, case studies, tools/templates, interactive demos, and insights reports
Partner with our data team to surface compelling stories from conversation intelligence and transform them into thought leadership
Measure content impact and prioritize based on what drives brand awareness, traffic, and pipeline
Collaborate with growth on campaign-specific content and use AI strategically to improve efficiency while maintaining quality
Own our social presence and calendar across channels—define what stories get told where and how
Build distribution and repurposing strategies from the moment you build the content roadmap
Define and evolve our brand voice to sound distinct in a sea of generic B2B content
Establish content workflows, production processes, and modern tooling
Hire and manage contractors and agencies to scale content production
Serve as primary editor across teams, managing requests and ghostwriting with subject matter experts
Qualification
Required
6–8+ years in content marketing, ideally at B2B SaaS companies
A writer and editor at heart with a track record of building content programs that move the needle
Someone who can speak equally well to field sales reps and Fortune 50 executives
Experience managing content roadmaps, editorial calendars, and cross-functional content requests
Comfort with modern content tools, AI-assisted workflows, and multiple content formats
Knowledge of SEO, content distribution, and how to stretch one great idea across channels
Experience hiring and managing contractors and agencies
Clear communicator who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
