Responsibilities
Support the monthly close process through preparation and posting of journal entries
Own assigned general ledger accounts and perform timely, accurate reconciliations
Investigate variances and questionable transactions; prepare corrective entries as needed
Assist with financial statement accuracy, integrity, and audit support
Support ERP implementation activities and help document/improve accounting processes
Partner cross-functionally with billing, collections, AP, asset management, and operations
Prepare ad-hoc analyses and support special projects as requested
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
3–5 years of accounting experience
CPA required
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
Comfortable working in evolving environments with some ambiguity
Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
Must currently live in or around Nashville, TN
Preferred
Healthcare or multi-entity experience is a plus, but not required
