Corporate Help Desk Support
Ledgent Technology is hiring a Help Desk Support Specialist for a corporate client in Lake Forest, for a nationwide restaurant company. The role involves providing IT support, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and assisting with various IT tasks in a corporate environment.
Responsibilities
Provide IT support and troubleshoot connectivity issues
Assist with Active Directory and Authentication tasks
Support VPN and O365 applications
Connect to PCs remotely and provide assistance as needed
Qualification
Required
1 to 3 years of Corporate/Professional IT support experience
Experience with Active Directory
Experience with Authentication
Experience with VPN
Experience with O365
Experience with Printer support
Ability to connect into PCs remotely
Ability to support and troubleshoot connectivity issues
Preferred
Experience with Okta
