Test Technician II - Netherlands, Emmen

The Test Technician II will be responsible for testing new and used equipment, training new operators, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations while promoting quality improvement processes.

Responsibilities
Under general supervision, test new and used equipment including seals, motors and pumps, identify problems and communicate issues to the testing manager
This position will train new Test Shop Operators
Perform initial maintenance checks through appropriate processes
Must understand all lines (and brands) of equipment (motors, seals, or pumps), using proper processes and procedures
Through experience, looks for repeatability in successive tests
Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations
Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations
Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines
Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes
The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required
Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required
Basic computer skills are preferred
Qualification

Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes
