Assist in projects related to automation, layout changes and quality assurance
Collaborate with Operations and Manufacturing to develop and refine production processes
Investigate manufacturing challenges and design machine-based solutions
Analyze process data, identify trends, and present actionable recommendations
Help document and standardize procedures to ensure consistent product quality and performance
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor level or higher degree program in Manufacturing Engineering for our technical position
High degree of technical aptitude
Results oriented
Strong communication skills
Preferred
Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
