Responsibilities
Managing full project lifecycles using Waterfall project management methodology
Leading network infrastructure projects, including:
Hardware installations
Network refreshes and upgrades
Site moves, adds, and changes
Creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and documentation
Coordinating internal technical teams and third-party vendors
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project
Managing scope, risk, timelines, and budgets
Ensuring projects align with MSP service standards and client expectations
Qualification
Required
PMP certification
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager within an MSP or IT services environment
Strong hands-on experience delivering network and infrastructure projects
Solid understanding of network hardware, installations, and refresh cycles
Demonstrated success using Waterfall methodology
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and delivery-driven
