Responsibilities

Oversee, lead/manage, and analyze activities associated with property management standards and practices to ensure company, customer and US Government property located on site and at subcontractor sites are managed and controlled in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence with an approved Property Business System
Establish and maintain complete life cycle property accountability records and ensure property systems remain compliant across all phases of the life cycle
Maintain proper documentation to support each lifecycle transactional event, determine condition and lead proper disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment
Duties will include familiarity with contractual terms that drive company requirements and obligations
Working knowledge with both internal tools (i.e. SAP) and external tools (PIEE GFP Module) to meet NG contract obligations
Host and lead internal and external Property Business System audits and analyze results for financial and operational purposes; provide guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle management; develop, recommend, and implement property management policy; and prepare periodic and special purpose reports relative to matters such as taxes, leasing, insurance, facility usage, etc

Required

Be completing or has completed their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Be majoring in or having majored in Business Administration, Finance, Management (General or Project Management), Real Estate, Accounting, Supply Chain Management or Logistics, Economics, Engineering (Industrial or Civil), Public Administration or Public Policy, Facilities Management, Information Systems or IT Management, or similar degree
Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher
