Responsibilities

Create, edit, and format PowerPoint presentations, adhering to brand standards
Produce and troubleshoot charts in PowerPoint and Excel (excluding custom automation)
Collaborate with internal clients to clarify project requirements and address issues proactively
Estimate completion times based on project complexity and prioritize tasks effectively
Provide professional and responsive customer service through phone and email
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Microsoft Office files
Enhance presentations using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Tackle unique requests with creative solutions while maintaining brand consistency

Qualification

PowerPoint ProficiencyExcel ChartingAdobe Creative CloudCustomer ServiceMapInfoOCR SoftwareFactSetDesign Knowledge

Required

2+ years in a high-volume presentation center
Advanced skills in PowerPoint with strong knowledge of Excel charting and basic formulas
Familiarity with MapInfo, OCR software, and FactSet
Positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
Financial services industry experience and design expertise
