This role involves guiding loan applicants through the loan funding process while ensuring compliance and providing exceptional service in a high-volume lending environment.

Responsibilities
Handle large volumes of inbound and outbound consumer loan‑related calls
Support the loan application lifecycle from intake through funding
Assist internal teams with complex loan questions, escalations, and documentation needs
Collect, analyze, and verify required borrower documentation
Prepare accurate loan documents and ensure compliance with organizational procedures
Obtain and review DMV documentation for collateral lien accuracy
Audit loan files and operational documents for compliance and completeness
Identify and escalate potential fraud, suspicious activity, or identity discrepancies
Communicate professionally via phone, email, and internal chat tools
Participate in team meetings and maintain consistent responsiveness
Provide high‑quality service to members, dealerships, and external finance partners
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume call center or loan processing environment (required)
Strong multitasking skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to remain calm and focused during high-pressure or frustrated-caller situations
Computer proficient; Microsoft Office familiarity required
Ability to identify fraud or suspicious activity
Preferred
some college preferred
Knowledge of consumer loans, auto loans, or DMV titling is a plus (not required)
