Sr. Sales Operations Manager
TWE Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to stabilize and own the core operational machinery that supports revenue. This role involves managing workflows across various systems to ensure efficient quoting, renewals, and contracts, while also maintaining revenue integrity and process documentation.

Responsibilities
Own and manage all Sales Ops–related Autotask boards and queues; ensure work is properly triaged, prioritized, and completed
Build, improve, and validate workflows across Autotask, QuoteWerks, and QuickBooks to support accurate quoting, billing, and reporting
Troubleshoot system and workflow issues; coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve defects or inefficiencies
Act as the system owner for Sales Ops processes and changes
Review and approve customer renewal quotes
Partner with Account Managers on non-standard or complex deals to ensure correct structure, pricing, and downstream operational integrity
Maintain pricing logic and fixed pricing structures within QuoteWerks and internal systems
Coordinate vendor-related requests and escalations related to quoting and renewals
Create and maintain customer contracts and ensure accurate setup across systems
Manage contract extensions, renewals, and amendments, ensuring system records remain accurate
Coordinate service provisioning and onboarding handoffs (ownership of process, not hands-on execution)
Prepare annual quota reporting and monthly commission reports
Calculate commissions for payout cycles and ensure accuracy with supporting documentation
Manage commission accrual inputs and reporting
Perform quarterly reconciliation between Autotask and QuickBooks for revenue and gross profit, ensuring data integrity
Own and maintain Sales Operations process documentation; ensure updates are made promptly as workflows evolve
Enforce process compliance and drive continuous improvement
Serve as the primary liaison between Sales Operations and Accounting to ensure alignment on billing and revenue mechanics
Support clean handoffs into accounting without owning accounting execution
Qualification
Required
7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations in a Technical Environment
Hands-on experience with Autotask and QuoteWerks
Experience with commission calculation and revenue reconciliation
Strong operational judgment and attention to detail
Comfortable pushing back on Sales when needed to protect operational integrity
Able to operate independently in an evolving environment
Preferred
Technical Environment (MSP, VAR or IT services background is strongly preferred)
