Construction
Responsibilities
Install, service, and troubleshoot BAS and HVAC control systems
Commission new control systems and verify sequences of operation
Perform point-to-point checkout and functional testing
Modify and upload programs and graphics
Diagnose communication and network issues (BACnet, IP, MSTP, etc.)
Work closely with engineers, project managers, and customers
Support system upgrades, expansions, and retrofits
Maintain accurate documentation and service notes
Qualification
Required
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently in the field
Good communication and customer-facing skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Willing to learn and grow with a startup-style company
Valid driver's license
Preferred
3+ years of BAS or HVAC controls experience preferred
Niagara certification
Prior commissioning experience
Graphic development experience
Energy management or analytics exposure
