Help Desk Technician
Frankenstein Computers & Networking is looking for a reliable and tech-savvy Help Desk IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical support for clients. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot common IT issues in a remote environment and provide assistance through various communication channels.

Responsibilities
Provide remote technical support to end users via phone, email, and remote tools
Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues
Support Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
Manage and troubleshoot email-related issues
Diagnosing and resolving printer and peripheral issues
Document issues, solutions, and processes clearly
Escalate complex issues when necessary
Qualification
Required
Prior help desk or IT support experience min 2 years
Strong people and communication skills
Ability to 'figure it out.'
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Admin Control Panels
Strong basic troubleshooting skills (Windows/macOS environments)
Experience supporting email systems and printers
Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
Ability to work independently while problem solving
Preferred
Formal education in Computer Science or Technical Certifications
Familiarity with remote support tools
Basic networking knowledge or CompTIA Net+
