Responsibilities

Answering all incoming calls to the Talent Acquisition department, documenting each call accurately in our system, and promptly informing TA Managers of important updates
Exercising discretion in escalating calls to the hiring team, ensuring urgent matters are addressed efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience
Coordinating and scheduling applicant, interview, and onboarding steps, ensuring all processes move forward efficiently and candidates remain informed
Providing timely updates and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, making them feel valued and informed
Maintaining meticulous records and managing confidential information with integrity
Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the candidate and new hire experience
Assisting with the implementation and coordination of new Talent Acquisition systems, including supporting training, troubleshooting, and process documentation to ensure a smooth transition for the team

Preferred

Background in hospitality or customer service
HR experience
