Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions with business partners, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable technical initiatives, ensuring clarity and shared understanding throughout the product lifecycle
Drive and coordinate quarterly planning activities, supporting the prioritization of features and alignment of resources to business goals
Facilitate the end-to-end agile process by supporting the drafting, refinement, and grooming of user stories, ensuring requirements are actionable and development-ready
Track progress of story execution against defined milestones, maintaining transparency and proactively surfacing risks or blockers to delivery
Serve as a liaison during agile ceremonies, fostering collaboration and continuous feedback between business and technology teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
Proven track record of effectively managing resources, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred
Experience working in the financial services industry, with an understanding of regulatory considerations and industry best practices
Background in software development environments, with familiarity in agile methodologies and the software delivery lifecycle
Knowledge of cloud computing architectures and technologies, such as AWS, Kubernetes, or similar platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs
