Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience in Mechanical Engineering
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team
PE License or Equivalent work experience (for Senior Engineer Position)
Understanding of Engineering Fundamentals: Psychrometric Analysis, Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer/Thermodynamics, Building Energy/Load Calculations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
Familiarity with REVIT or other modeling tools
Skilled with Microsoft Excel
BS in Mechanical Engineer or equivalent
Commitment to continual learning and professional development
Familiarity with Building Codes
Plumbing Codes, Material Specifications, and System Sizing (Advantageous)
HVAC Controls Design and Commissioning Experience (Advantageous)
