Corporate Recruiter
Kelly is seeking a Corporate Recruiter who will manage all aspects of the recruitment process across the organization. This role involves developing and executing recruiting strategies to attract top talent, while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and ensuring high-quality candidate hires.
Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process while partnering closely with business unit leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce priorities
Develop and execute customized recruiting and interview plans for each open position
Efficiently source, assess, and fill open roles in a timely and effective manner
Conduct regular follow-ups with hiring managers to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs
Establish and grow networks to identify and engage passive candidates
Utilize social media and digital platforms to support efficient, targeted recruiting efforts
Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers to build strong working relationships and identify upcoming hiring needs
Conduct candidate prescreens and post-interview evaluations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant and interview data within recruiting systems
Assist with reference checks and background screenings as required
Lead and support campus recruiting initiatives across the United States
Partner on or lead additional projects as assigned
Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of five (5) years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated success in sourcing, networking, and relationship-building
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Working knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness and ability to travel for recruitment meetings and campus recruiting as needed
Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to analyze information effectively and adapt quickly in a changing environment
Flexible, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
