Business Analyst
Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join their Information Technology team. The role involves serving as a liaison between business units and IT, managing IT projects, and driving process improvements to enhance business performance.

Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between business units, IT, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on assigned initiatives. Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations for diverse audiences
Map, document, and evaluate current processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and pain points
Plan, coordinate and manage IT projects aligned with ET&S strategic priorities. Track milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely and quality results
Engage stakeholders in adopting process improvements. Develop and execute communication plans, and monitor impact
Use data analysis tools to assess process metrics and track KPIs, identify root causes, and develop actionable recommendations
Utilize process modeling software (e.g., Visio), project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps), and data analytics platforms (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in business process analysis, mapping, and documentation
Strong project management skills with ability to manage timelines and deliverables
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders
Solid understanding of change management principles
Proficiency with process modeling, project management, and data visualization software
Ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to drive results
Preferred
Proficiency or experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks to optimize process performance
Advanced knowledge of process improvement and re-engineering techniques
Experience performing cost-benefit analyses and delivering presentations and training
Capacity to influence and advise on complex issues across diverse disciplines
Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguity and apply sound judgment in selecting methods and solutions
