Responsibilities
To provide assistance to patrons at entertainment events held at Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau facilities by performing various duties, to include scanning admission tickets/passes from patrons, assists in finding seating, locating facilities, answers questions, provides information, directs patron to correct locations, and related duties
Qualification
Required
Completion of High School or related
One (1) year of customer service experience or related area
Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Preferred
Familiarity in the operation of a hand-held two-way radio
