Responsibilities
Process, review, and reconcile mutual fund trades, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of issues
Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and operational support
Maintain clear and accurate documentation using Microsoft OneNote and other Microsoft tools
Follow established operational procedures while proactively identifying and implementing process enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and quality
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products, including OneNote
Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties
Typically requires 3+ years experience
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
Preferred
Experience and/or working knowledge of AMG systems, platforms, or processes
Proven experience supporting mutual fund trade operations
Prior experience in a senior or lead-level operations role
