Responsibilities

Ensures proper inventory control and configures (images) all endpoints being assigned to users through tools such as Microsoft Autopilot
Reviews and improves the desktop engineering environment to align with industry best practices
Assist in configuration and leverages platforms such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows Autopilot, and Active Directory Group Policies
Leverages Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and other endpoint management systems with ServiceNow to enhance asset management (hardware and software)
Provides key support for operating system upgrades, affecting 1,500+ devices and achieving CIS Level 1 compliance
Manages the proper controls, compliance reporting, and oversight of 1,500+ corporate mobile devices
Ensures effective endpoint patching, vulnerability management, and compliance reporting, while recommending improvements to patch management processes
Develop secure desktop images, lead software decisions, create software packages, and manage deployment for 1,500+ devices and users
Manages application deployment, packaging, and upgrades to users. Develop and leverage scripting when required
Troubleshoots and resolves incidents and problems independently and collaboratively
Creates and maintains operational and support documentation for the client and server environment

Required

High school diploma
Three (3) years of relevant experience in working with Microsoft Autopilot, SCCM, Inventory control
Vendor relations and support
CIS Level 1 benchmark for Microsoft Windows Desktop
Mobile device management platforms (cloud based and on-prem)
Microsoft client device Operating Systems (Windows 10, 11, MacOS)
Troubleshooting Tier 2 and Tier 3 desktop challenges in the enterprise
Regular driver's license

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
Microsoft certifications a plus
