Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise in construction schedule management to Area, Resident and Project Offices, using Primavera P6 and other schedule analysis software
Perform multiple methods of expert delay analysis to assist with Findings of Fact and other modification documents and participate in the negotiation of unusual or difficult time extension modifications. Perform “what-if” scenarios to lead the team in the decision-making process to analyze multiple solutions to delays
Investigate contractor claims and prepare technical presentations of findings. These reports are furnished to Office of Counsel for possible escalation to the Board of Contract Appeals
Develop and present construction schedule management training to personnel within Area, Resident and Project Offices
Ensures continual maintenance of Scheduling Branch Metrics tracking and updates of construction schedule management resources

This license/registration must be in good standing and issued by any one of the 50 states or its territories
This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time
This position requires that the incumbent possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or its possessions to operate vehicles
