Responsibilities
Repair, install, maintain, and adjust HVAC equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Respond to service requests in a timely manner
Communicate work performed and recommended repairs to customers and office team
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Must be a current member of Steamfitters Local 602 or willing to join
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
Experience servicing medium to large tonnage commercial/industrial equipment
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Ability to make repair vs. replacement recommendations
Knowledge of commercial building systems
Preferred
Experience with chillers, VRF/VRV, boilers, or commercial refrigeration is a plus
