Responsibilities

Develop and execute global supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives

Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution

Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure compliance and performance

Implement risk management plans to mitigate disruptions and maintain continuity

Drive digital transformation and leverage tools like ERP systems and data analytics for efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program delivery and customer commitments

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering

8+ years of experience in global supply chain leadership, preferably in defense or aerospace

Expertise in strategic sourcing, logistics, and supplier management

Strong knowledge of compliance standards (ITAR, DFARS) and risk mitigation strategies

Proficiency in ERP systems and data-driven decision-making

Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Master's degree in business administration or other relevant field

Direct experience with cruise missile or similar weapon supply chain management

Familiarity with defense industry business and language

Familiarity with Cameo for MBSE efforts
