IT Lead, Product Analyst, Patient Experience

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary partner to the Technical Product Owner (TPO) to shape product requirements and ensure alignment from the business to support provider and patient needs
Translate provider and patient experience insights into user stories with clear acceptance criteria in partnership with our business product owners
Conduct requirement elicitation through interviews, patient journey mapping, workflow analysis, and feedback loops from patient‑facing teams
Maintain and groom the product backlog in alignment with product vision, roadmap, and patient experience goals
Ensure traceability from requirements → development → testing → deployment. Advocate for patient‑centered design, accessibility, clarity, and simplicity in all digital interactions
Partner with business product owner, patient services, call center operations, field reimbursement, and Px leadership to incorporate real‑world pain points into the product backlog
Use data, feedback, and operational metrics to measure patient experience outcomes and propose continuous improvements
Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, refinements, demos)
Support production validation after releases, ensuring patient‑impacting features operate as intended
Collaborate daily with engineering, QA, architecture, and business stakeholders to remove blockers and maintain delivery continuity
Operate within the HPT model, collaborating closely with roles such as TPO, TPM, BPO, BA, PM and vendor delivery team
Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, compliance expectations, and patient privacy considerations
Support vendor and partner teams with requirement clarity, testing support, and release readiness activities
Track KPIs tied to product health, patient experience, workflow efficiency, and business outcomes
Provide insights to the TPO to influence prioritization based on value delivery and impact to patient experience
Participate in sprint and quarterly reviews to communicate progress, outcomes, and learnings

Required

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or related technical functional roles
Demonstrated ability to operate within a product model
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and HPT ways of working
Ability to break down complex processes into clear, testable requirements
Experience working with CRM, patient engagement platforms, workflow systems, or healthcare digital solutions
Familiarity with integrations, data flows, and downstream process impacts
Clear and concise communicator, capable of engaging business leaders, engineers, and patient‑facing teams
Problem-solving mindset with ability to work through ambiguity
Skilled in partnership, conflict resolution, and expectation-setting within cross‑functional teams
Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment

Preferred

Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or regulated environments is preferred
Familiarity with patient experience operations is a strong advantage
