Designing and building a production Databricks lakehouse on AWS
Taking the platform from POC → MVP → enterprise scale
Making core architectural decisions around ingestion, storage, performance, and cost
Writing and reviewing production code (Spark / Python)
Partnering with DevOps and senior stakeholders to deploy and scale cleanly
Establishing patterns and standards through working systems, not theory
Qualification
Required
Built a modern data platform end-to-end
Worked hands-on with Databricks, Spark, and AWS
Operated in lean or greenfield environments
Owned systems in production and lived with the consequences
Prefer building over meetings
