Responsibilities

You'll collaborate closely with Project Managers, assisting them in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing preliminary and final site plans and construction documents
Dive into project survey data to analyze existing site conditions, examining legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents. You'll be the go-to expert for all things environmental related
Take on a leadership role by guiding and assisting junior staff. Ensure that project-based tasks are executed accurately and efficiently, nurturing the next generation's talents
Utilize your prowess to prepare a wide range of reports, opinions, and recommendations

Qualification

Environmental studiesProject managementData analysisReport preparationMentorship

Required

Bachelor's degree in environmental studies
Six (6) plus years of related experience
