Senior Marketing Manager - Demand Generation
Surefront is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager specializing in Demand Generation to lead their marketing initiatives. The role involves generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through organic SEO strategy and advertising campaigns, as well as developing and executing comprehensive multichannel marketing campaigns to drive lead acquisition and support sales growth.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated demand generation strategies across multiple channels including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns such as Linkedin Ads and Google Ads
Lead growth initiatives end to end. Design and launch regular multivariate tests and advertising campaigns on Google, YouTube, and Linkedin, and other channels to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows to nurture leads effectively through the sales funnel
Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
Study and identify strength and weakness of competitors and trends. Build battlecards of solutions and features for the sales team
Design and execute B2B marketing campaigns aimed at increasing enterprise client engagement
Monitor budgeting for campaigns to maximize ROI while adhering to financial constraints
Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions
Monitor website traffic and user behavior and continuously improve marketing strategies
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience of B2B demand generation and marketing operations in the enterprise software industry
Experienced with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Linkedin Ads, HubSpot, Ahrefs, Adobe Creative Suite, etc
Experience with growth hacking techniques - experiment relentlessly to determine how to best allocate marketing spend/resources
Strong expertise in SEO, social media marketing, multichannel marketing, content marketing, and email marketing
Demonstrated ability to develop effective B2B marketing strategies that generate measurable results
Experience managing advertising sales campaigns with a focus on ROI optimization
Excellent copywriting skills coupled with research capabilities to craft compelling messaging tailored to target audiences
Ability to analyze complex data sets using analytics tools for campaign refinement and reporting purposes
Startup experience is a MUST - able to operate independently and effectively in a startup environment
