Designing and performing human cell-based assays to characterize the potency and biological activity of large molecule therapeutics

Documenting findings through technical reports, ensuring clarity and compliance with regulatory standards

Qualification
Required
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in life sciences (molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, or a related discipline) is required
A minimum of 3 years industry experience in biotech or pharma, particularly within immuno-oncology or inflammation therapeutic areas is required
Proficiency in immunological techniques such as multicolor flow cytometry, multiplex ELISA, proliferation assays, cytolysis assays, and transcriptomics is required
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely is required
Preferred
Hands-on experience with in vitro human cell assays to assess multi-specific biotherapeutic using automation processes
Strong understanding of immune modulation, immunotherapy, and emerging biotechnologies
Demonstrated curiosity about the future landscape of next-generation medicines and a passion for innovation
Experience in end-to-end drug development processes is highly preferred
