Intern - Continuous Improvement (OpEx)

Responsibilities
Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational data related to manufacturing, supply chain, and other business functions
Apply Lean methodologies to evaluate current processes and recommend enhancements: 5S and Kaizen
Participate in process mapping exercises and help document standard operating procedures
Support the creation of impactful reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts and team members to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related scientific field (Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain preferred), as a rising junior or senior; OR currently accepted or enrolled in a Master's or PhD program
Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
Familiarity and comfort with Excel (including working with Macros and pivot tables), Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Interest in process improvement, operational efficiency, and project management
Preferred
Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain preferred
