Greeting visitors

Answering phones and directing calls as necessary

Taking accurate messages and relaying them in timely manner

Being warm and inviting to all visitors

Actively participating in problem-solving if necessary

Coordinating mailroom operations

Experience in Google Docs and Mac

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
