Responsibilities
Support the management of new and current Loan Officers loan production pipeline from application to disclosing maintaining TRID compliance while supporting marketing needs and CRM management
Provide PTO coverage for Loan Officer Assistants as needed
Support the Mortgage Team handling online account opening
Perform a variety of administrative support tasks including but not limited to, sales lead distribution and FHAP letters
Assimilate and apply training on loan origination software, compliance requirements, ECU systems and procedures, and underwriting guidelines
Qualification
Required
6 + months of office or administrative experience
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new concepts in the flow of work
Detail-oriented, with the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and priorities in a timely manner
Preferred
Mortgage sales experience preferred
