Responsibilities
Develop SAP strategies that improve financial accuracy, streamline audits and reduce compliance risk
Implement solutions that enhance cost tracking and profitability analysis
Capture requirements for enhancements for the finance and accounting teams, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable and asset management
Ensure alignment with GAAP, SOX and state regulatory standards
Maintain SAP Finance roadmap and oversee implementation of new features
Monitor KPIs for financial accuracy and compliance
Work with finance, audit and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and reporting
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
10+ years of SAP product management experience required; knowledge of SAP modules strongly preferred
Strong logic, deductive reasoning and critical thinking skills
Ability to synthesize data and simplify findings to solve business issues
Excellent communication skills, including group presentation experience
Basic financial analysis skills; experience with regulatory compliance a plus
Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in complex situations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry preferred
Proficiency in data analytics tools (Tableau, SQL) is a strong plus
