Sales Development Representative
Vendition is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join their growing team. This role involves engaging with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and supporting pipeline growth while providing hands-on training and mentorship.

Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for the sales team
Learn the product, customer profiles, and value proposition
Maintain accurate activity and notes in CRM tools
Partner with sales and marketing to support pipeline growth
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Coachable, motivated, and comfortable working toward goals
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to work from our Woodland Hills office 3 days per week
Preferred
Sales experience or financial services / industry experience strongly preferred
Background in customer-facing roles a plus
