Responsibilities
Manage LATAM country tax calculations, compliance, and reporting
Handle income tax accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations
Prepare US GAAP tax reporting using OneSource/Taxstream
Support transfer pricing, tax forecasts, and SOX compliance
Drive tax process improvements and technology initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, or Finance
8+ years of tax experience (public accounting and/or multinational)
Strong LATAM tax knowledge
Bilingual: English & Spanish
Experience with SAP and OneSource/Taxstream
Preferred
Multinational corporate experience
Exposure to automation and tax process optimization
