Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management: Oversee all strategic accounts in the assigned territory, ensuring optimal sell-through for retail partners
Market Analysis: Monitor sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adapt strategies proactively
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales plans to drive revenue and maximize market potential
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client partnerships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
Contract Negotiation: Manage contract terms and sales agreements while overseeing a robust sales pipeline
Travel and Events: Travel throughout the region to meet clients, attend trade shows, and represent Drops at events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
Collaboration: Partner with BA/Marketing teams to support sell-through efforts, including events, training sessions, and promotional displays
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-2 years of relevant sales or cannabis industry experience preferred
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Experience with market research and sales data analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and respond to diverse audiences
Valid Oregon driver's license and proof of auto insurance. A clean driving record required
